Hello, I’m Abhinav, Nice to have you today on my post. This is a topic that’s new to me as well, but I’ve experienced moments when I feel like my body isn’t always under my control. It was two years ago when I started facing a new competitive world and was excited to be in that typical rat race without even realizing that I was no where near to some people as I always used to work on my own and didn’t ask the experienced person who are always in these rat race of competitive examinations. Soon I realized it after a year when my ego shattered from a simple test in which I couldn’t score good marks. It was then I felt that I am not in control over my body, though i was still studying continuously but enjoying my life a bit more which isn’t bad at all. But there something called priorities. Enjoying the life isn’t bad but working on life for better future is important too which I ignored in those days. And then I realized that the main problem to my downfall was not able to concentrate properly on my studies as my half mind was diverted towards another thing. Though I cannot achieve my target but I am glad I realized it and performed better in the exam than expected.
Now the question arises, ‘How I control myself?’

Have positive people around you
Identify and observe the people who want to grow and want to achieve something in the future.
Set targets
Write down the things you want to achieve in the future to have a clear vision about what you want to do in future. Setting clear targets, actionable goals gives direction to our mind and helps to maintain focus.
limiting External control
Filter what you let your mind to see, whether it’s social media, environments, or relationships. Surround yourself with positivity and people who can help you to grow.
Stay Disciplined
Develop mental discipline through routines, habits, and practices that support focus and growth. Consistency builds mental strength.
